1.訂單退款儘適用於以下情況：

Order refund only applicable for the below circumstances:

(a) 停產貨品

Goods Discontinued

(b) 因本店未能在合理時間內交付貨品

Niang Republic failed to deliver the goods compliant within a reasonable time.

(c) 貨物損壞、過期或寄送錯誤的貨品

Goods malfunction or wrong goods delivered

2. 本店將向買方提供以下的退款選項：

Refund option will be offered to the buyer as below:

選項1 Option 1: 貨品交換 Goods exchange

選項2 Option 2: 全額退款 Full refund

3. 退款將通過網上銀行過賬，需要7至14個人工作日處理。

The method of refund will be through online banking, there is estimated of 7 to 14 working days for the refund process.

4. 退款或貨品交換申請需要收到貨品後的5個工作日內提出，並將需退換的貨品寄回給本店。若超過5個工作日提出退款或貨品交換申請，恕不受理。

All refund or exchange for any goods purchased must be returned to us within 5 working days upon receiving the goods ordered. Niang Republic shall not entertain any further dispute after 5 working days from the received date.

5.所退換的貨品必須與您收到貨品時的狀況相同，如產品的標簽、贈送品、折扣本、包裝盒等所有的物品，並處於原始包裝，都必須完整無誤的退還於本店。

The returned product must be in the same state as when you received the product. For example, all items such as product tags, gifts, discount books, packaging boxes, etc., in the original packaging, must be returned to us intact.
